Welcome to another Conscious Spiritwork Class for the Full Moon! This particular full moon is in Leo, my sun sign, while the sun is in Aquarius. As a reminder, the full moon occurs when the moon is opposite the sun, allowing it to reflect the full spectrum of light.

The full moon offers us an opportunity for a release, ending or culmination in a specific area of our lives. As this full moon is in Leo, we are encouraged to tap into our self-expression and creativity, and to celebrate ourselves and our accomplishments. All planets are currently direct so there is little tension except for the slight opposition of the sun in Aquarius—a sign more focused on the collective than the individual.

As the Sun is the ruling planet of Leo, when the Sun is in Aquarius, Leo may have a harder time expressing itself. That is why this Leo full moon is such a powerful opportunity to feel suppressed emotions and to focus on our self-expression and personal needs.

As it is a full moon, we are going to do a powerful and energizing class utilizing breathwork, kundalini yoga, movement, mantra chanting and more to cultivate and circulate the comic energy. It is my goal to help you gather feel this cosmic energy, feel it, sink deeply into it, surrender to it and attain a state of complete relaxation.
