Those feelings of having failed, feelings of impatience that things are not happening quickly enough or smoothly enough for you–they bog you down and can explode out of you in horribly destructive ways.
I have seen for myself how unresolved frustration destroys relationships and trust. Frustration can lead us to do things we never would normally do… things we deeply regret after the fact.
This session is designed to help us all clear the emotions of frustration from the past–and allow positive energy to flow into the future.
