What You’ll Learm In Charge & The Energy Body

What is this force that is so vital to our aliveness? How do we balance it? How do we move it through the chakras, enliven the core and reach higher consciousness?

• Module 1: Plugging into the Earth
  While yogis call it prana and acupuncturists call it chi, Charge is at the core of spiritual experience and the healing process. A natural connector of mind and body, our charge becomes dis-regulated through the usual trials of growing up, resulting in body armor, and imbalances such as anxiety and depression. Learning about charge gives you a whole new concept from which to understand yourself and others. This first module will introduce you to the concept of charge and how it works, as well as to the chakra system in general, starting with the first chakra at the base of the spine.
• Module 2: Mastering the Charge of Sex & Power
  Once we have our grounding in chakra one, the second and third chakras move the energy through the body and command it through our will. In these two chakras, we want full aliveness, sensation, and effectiveness. This hour will focus on how charge feeds our emotions, sexuality, and sensuality, and how balanced charge leads to healthy power and self-esteem.
• Module 3: Opening the Heart & Expressing Your Love
  Love is the most profound form of charge there is and the most vital. Yet anyone who’s ever been in relationship knows that love and communication are deeply intertwined. How do we keep the juicy charge of relationship going while avoiding the pitfalls of those charged arguments and issues that bring division? What happens to our charge when a relationship ends, and why is it so hard to get over the loss? Why do we get so blocked up when we want to speak? How is the throat a central chakra for discharging?
• Module 4: Reaching for Higher Consciousness
  Getting charge to flow through your core is literally the core of spiritual experience. Once the support of the lower chakras has been established, the energy can safely flow to the upper chakras, but it does so through the core of the body where the central channel, or Sushumna is located. Here the charge can expand into intuition and imagination, wisdom and realization.

• Understand the principles of charging and discharging to create balance
• Learn what it means to expand the Comfort Zone rather than jump over it
• Learn about the role charge plays in each of the seven chakras
• Gain simple exercises for charging and discharging your chakras

About Anodea Judith

Anodea Judith, PhD. is a spiritual teacher whose books and workshops are followed throughout the world. She is the author of 9 books on chakras, psychology, yoga, social change, and manifestation, which have been translated into 25 languages. (Wheels of Life; Eastern Bod-Western Mind; Chakra Yoga) As a yoga teacher and body-oriented psychotherapist with trauma specialization, her work is a unique combination of techniques useful to therapists, coaches, and those on their own healing journey.
