Banaj – The Way of Divine Meditation
Description Of The Way of Divine Meditation
Transform your busy mind from an obstacle into a gateway for a genuine Divine connection.
What Changes When You Meditate This Way
- Your Mind Becomes an Ally, Not an Obstacle
The constant internal chatter softens. Instead of being pulled into every worry and distraction, you drop into the stable anchor within you. - Your Divine Connection Becomes a Lived Reality
This is no longer an abstract idea you read about. It becomes a tangible, personal relationship. Your inner source of guidance, wisdom, and profound peace. - You Gain a Clear Map for Your Inner World
Spiritual experiences and profound insights stop being confusing or frightening. You gain the context and understanding to navigate them with confidence. - You Respond to Life, Instead of Reacting to It
The space between an event and your response grows. Frustrations that once triggered you lose their power, and you find yourself navigating challenges with a newfound sense of composure. - You Integrate the Sacred into Your Daily Life
Your spiritual path and daily life no longer feel separate. You learn to hold your center during a stressful meeting and stay present with family and friends. - You Become Your Own Spiritual Anchor
Discipline stops being a chore. You move beyond dependency on apps and videos. Instead, you allow the Divine within to guide you.

3. About Banaj – Meditation Teacher
My Journey with the Divine
I was born in Leicester, UK, in 1993 and introduced to meditation at the age of six. At the time, my dad was undergoing a profound spiritual awakening after meeting a local master, a Divine Avatar who guided both of us.
Under the careful guidance of my Master, I practiced different and often challenging methods for years at a time, learning and developing through them as I came to understand myself more deeply. I was also given the spiritual name Banaj (hence the domain name!).
My journey has led to profound states and out-of-body experiences, but far more important and special than all of those things, it has led to a deep and personal connection with the Divine, one that I aspire to help others find.
Today, I share these insights through Inner Journey School (and now here!), where I’ve guided thousands of students across the world. I also collaborate with Avanti Schools as we develop the UK’s first full meditation curricula for children.
“My dharma is to teach the world about meditation, and to help lost souls along the inner journey to the Divine.”
