Breath-work Makes Meditation Easy

Do you find it difficult to just sit in meditation? Does your mind stress you out even more when you try to meditate? If you answered yes you are not alone, in fact you’re part of the majority of people who cannot just sit down to meditate and relax and there’s a good reason for that.

Breath-work is fast becoming the number one way to calm your nervous system and activate the ‘relaxation response’. Unfortunately due to modern life many people are in a constant state of agitation which activates the fight/flight/freeze response. This creates a persistent and underlying stress condition which some people say is the root cause of all illness. Breath-work can almost instantly reverse this stressed condition by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and therefore calming and relaxing your body.

This creates a calm and safe place (your own body) to easily access meditative states of mindfulness and self awareness. In fact within Buddhist and Yogic traditions people would always do breath-work first as a preparation for meditation.

Breath-work creates the inner space to help digest and dissolve past traumas and difficult emotions that get stuck in deeper layers of consciousness. This course consists of 6 instructional video sessions with the founder of the Way of Meditation and former Buddhist monk Chad Foreman.

Chad has designed this course specifically to use breath-work as a healing, relaxing and purifying tool to be able to access deep states of inner stillness, space and self realization. Unlike anyone else Chad will guide you into profound realizations of your inner world of spacious freedom and the clear light of awareness.

This course is for everyone. The instructional videos guide you in an easy to practice and follow along way. This is not a course about theory although Chad explains what and why you are doing certain exercises. It’s predominantly an experiential course to give you the direct experience of the profound benefits of breath-work meditation.

INNER FIRE

This course includes guided instructions on Tibetan Tummo (inner fire meditation). This is a powerful spiritual and breath-work practice that few people are teaching. It’s a Yogic Buddhist practice that quickly removes obstacles to experiencing a deeply calm and blissful state. It’s easy to learn and fun to practice.

About Chad Foreman

Chad Foreman is the founder of The Way of Meditation and has been teaching meditation since 2003. He is a former Buddhist monk who spent six years living in a retreat hut studying and practicing meditation full time.
