Many young people today are confused and we can see the reasons why. Social media overload, family burdens, loss of societal expectations, worrisome global or national problems, and lack of purpose and identity.

These factors have left many people so conflicted that their lives are disorganized. They stay up too late on their devices, eat poorly, don’t exercise, have a messy living space, and overall lead a dissipated existence. In short, they lack a functional system of daily life habits. This leads to stagnation, lethargy, dissipation, and worst of all, loneliness.

The first step in turning things around involves establishing a baseline of productive habits.

This hypnosis track is for people who need to break out of the stagnation and get things moving in their life. The habits this session will establish are basic – daily pushups and bodyweight squats, making your bed, eating on schedule, getting enough sleep, and training your mind for positive performance and motivation. Once these are established, you will feel encouraged to progress in each of these areas according to your own situation and level of desire.
