In this updated version, Dr Joe introduces the first teaching of using a symbol to more specifically program each energy center into more balance and harmony. The energy centers of the body (known as chakras in the Hindu traditions) are individual centers that have their own frequency and energy. Each energy center emits different information and/or intentions; correlates to its own individual glands, hormones, and chemistry; and houses its own unique plexuses of neurons. When activated with energy, each center expresses its own level of mind.
