• How to make uncommitted clients more serious. Have you ever suffered in a situation in which you are determined to do something, but you cannot take necessary actions? If your clients are in this status, Michael will demonstrate how you should react to them.

• Seminar accident!? Why they made such crazy decisions. There was one incident in which a client’s problem was not solved in the public coaching of Michael’s seminar. 20 . Meta Modeling (How to cope with distortion, deletion, and generalisation)

The “Meta Modeling” that helps deadlocked clients and the solution for the “5 triggers” that get in your way.
