About Chelsey Jones

Motivated, quality-driven fitness professional with experience in group and personal training, demonstrating consistent achievement of objectives, strong multitasking and service skills. Helping clients at all levels achieve their goals, and adapting to find alternate ways to be of service.

I have been teaching/training since 2005, starting with dance and moved into different forms of fitness depending on the clients needs. These include strength and conditioning, resistance training, yoga, etc. I have worked with clients on creating healthier habits and having a better understanding on longterm health. I have experience in administrative work, sales, marketing, and above all customer service.
