Learn one of the most important yet overlooked skills in Tai Chi and life: Joining with the Force. Through detailed instruction, and guided solo and partner practice, you’ll develop the skill to manage forces of all types and directions with ease, calmness and success. Each lesson builds your abilities systematically, ensuring that by the course’s end, you’ll be able to receive and redirect incoming force in both Tai Chi and life. You will be provided solo practice drills as well as partner practice which you can practice anytime with the provided videos. This one is truly a game changer.

How Long is the Course?

The course can easily be completed over a six week period of 6 sessions–each approximately 1.5 hours in length. Or you can go at your own pace and take your time. Videos and lessons are short, engaging and not overwhelming. They include direct how to exercises and drills both with and without a partner for specific and successful learning.
