Suzi Tucker – Cycle-Breaking With Family Constellations
Uncover the hidden family dynamics and ancestral imprints that quietly shape your choices, relationships, and wellbeing — and transform them through the life-changing practice of Family Constellations.
Learn to release the burdens that don’t belong to you — freeing your life force, restoring confidence, and creating a legacy of strength and healing for future generations.
In this 7-module live video course, you’ll:
- Trace the lineage of your challenges and hidden resources to see how past events continue to shape your present
- Reflect on your childhood “kitchen table” as your first constellation — exploring who was present, who was missing, and what you already knew about belonging and survival
- Learn how disorder in the family system blocks the life force and places burdens on children that don’t belong to them — and how to release what was never yours to carry
- Restore order and reclaim your rightful place in the family system so you can stop waiting for others to change — and take responsibility for your own future
- Uncover entanglements with forgotten or excluded family members to understand how their unresolved experiences may live on in your self-image or behaviors
- Explore how imbalance in relationships shows up as overgiving, resentment, or ambivalence — and learn how to return to reciprocity
- Identify the hidden sentences you’ve inherited — like “I don’t deserve to succeed” — to uncover their origins, free yourself from their grip, and reclaim the life force behind them
- Create new seed sentences that honor your past while freeing you to move toward the future with lightness and clarity
- Release the burdens you’ve been carrying on behalf of your family system — reclaiming the strength, confidence, and creativity to offer the future
- Cultivate the readiness to contribute your unique expression as a future ancestor
- And much more…
